Unless you know what type of printer your customer will buy, you basically have two options, either you can print to file in ASCII (looks bad), or you can buy a PDF-driver and print to PDF-files. Make a search for PDF for threads on this subject.

The problem is that when you report to a file, the file will include printer specific printer codes.
