I think that's what I'm using...MS Statusbar control version 5? The problem is that the bar comes up in the middle of the top-level when I open it maximized. The statusbar Align is set to bottom. If I open form normal, issue This.Show in form Init, then set windowstate to max, it docks properly at bottom, but is kind of jumpy (now where have I seen jumpy before :))
