If you refer to the Open the Dataenviroment Cursors it is true,
but the sequence of program code is Open and next Before .

Until contrary test BeforeOpenTables is a useless event.
I can do all the possible programs writable with (OpenTables,BeforeOpenTables), with OpenTables() only.
