Hello,

You should use a SMTP control that would allow you to bypass Outlook entirely and send the mail directly using the clients mail server.

One such control is created by my Company:

SMTP Wizard

There are also others which you may want to check out to compare.
Try and stay away from "click yes" style program since they bypass a user's security and may open you up to problems.
