< g > Sorry, but they usually do not learn the hard way. They experience it the hard way. They only "learn" if they then do something about it and change their ways permanently. Out of all our customers who have experienced a disaster [failures of any kind where substantial data loss occured], maybe 20% of the franchised stores running our software have actually "learned" their lesson. With some, it took multiple disasters, to learn.
