No need to duck < g >. Our customers have been very fortunate in that I have been able to recover their corrupted files at a high rate of success with an "acceptible [to the customer]" amount of data loss. Maybe if I was "less successful", they might be more diligent in data backup, hardware management, etc.

Out of all our customers who have experienced a disaster [failures of any kind where substantial data loss occured], maybe 20% of the franchised stores running our software have actually "learned" their lesson. With some, it took multiple disasters, to learn.
