I believe I have heard similar stories before <bg>. People will NEVER learn that you always get what you pay for. At least most of the times...!

The new server was a requirement for our latest version. Two days after our update was installed, the new server crashed (it was overclocked) and they lost everthing because the technician neglected to configure the backup on the server. Needless to say, our technicians ended up going out there and fixing it and setting up the backup and reinstalling the update and it cost them more than if we had installed the hardware ourselves and they used our equipment.
