Interesting, although I wonder how many programmers this will actually effect. When working as an employee I assume most of us are on salary (at least that's the way it's worked for me for the past..ummm like 20 years now) - and of course if you're consulting or running yer own biz it's going to be an hourly rate that doesn't get adjusted just because you went over 40 hours....(again - mine doesn't change).
