Is there a way to access the scope passed to the report when running it?

I have a report file that has a filter on the datatable, I also allow the user to provide additional filters which is then passed over when the report is run.

I've using XFRX to print the report to a PDF and Word document. If the report is sent to the printer, all works fine. But with the PDF / Word documents the internal data environment filter isn't being applied to the report.
