Hi Fernando, excellent post and I also completely agree with you. John has an agenda and I am 87.4% correct on this! John on the other hand is usually 100% right. It is one thing to be on the receiving end of strong criticism from time to time – it is an entirely different matter when the criticism is long-lived and continuing.

John’s ability to write well and remain impassive often comes across as arrogance and condescension, no doubt there must be an element of this. However he has a definitive lack of empathy and this can be seen in the bulk of his retorts where it can be seen that he has read the words but is blind to the message!

John continues to deny that he has hijacked this thread. Has not acknowledged that the systems being offered to the ‘mom and pop’ businesses are not the same as the large 120k system with the long sales cycle. And he continues to argue ad nauseum.

We should not have to tolerate John’s attitude and continued antagonism ad infinitum, I would like to see him banned again.
