We use sql server database and our client always do backup (full backup, transaction log) and in fact the backup process is included in the job schedules. One of our client is encountering this problem:
Server: Msg 9002, Level 17, State 2, Procedure GetRefNo, Line 8
The log file for database 'smartapp' is full. Back up the transaction log for the database to free up some log space.
Guys, our app is implemented in 10 different hospital sites and they are using the same exe (synchronize exe) but one of them is encountering the above problem. Any help is appreciated.
