So Tahoe make it easier for people to produce bad UI forms *s* Hey I've got it let use both PageFrames and scroll bars... and scroll bars inside the pages we can have our users tied to the scrollbar forever! *evil laugh*

That said, however, I have seen cases where more info is required on a form than will fit on the screen, especially when developing for the smallest resolution, and it is very difficult to decide on a logical split of what info should be on each page. Since Tahoe now has a Form.ScrollBar property this requirement must happen frequently enough.
