I'm not sure what you're talking about. Do you know what InstallShield is? You use it to create setups. I have included an InstallShield project with what you have. The only thing you need to do is change the name. Then just give them a setup.exe. After they click the setup, everything else is automatic, no registration required. That's the best I can do...
