> I would be very interested in more information about the vfp exam....
>For instance, how do you think you did?>

I passed ...but by the skin of my teeth :)

>How hard did you think it was?>

Pretty hard because it was VFP 3.0 and I had already been well into 5.0

>How long have you been learning VFP?>

I started with VFP in the second round of 3.0 betas in...err...December 94 I think.

>How did you sign up for the exam?>

Called Sylvan Prometric using the 1-800 number from www.microsoft.com/mcp. Cost 100$; all major ccs accepted.

>How much practice did you do for the test?>

Go to the MS website I posted above. Look up the VFP exam...it tells you what to study and what categories of questions there are.

>Any other info for a person who has been using VFP for about six months, and wants to work towards taking the exam.>

Just be well-rounded. Each test is different. An associate of mine and I took the test the same day and we had very different blocks of questions. Don't try to study too much in one area unless you feel particularly weak in that area. Be prepared to understand how VFP deals with code pages, how the 3.0 debugger works, SQL statements, and basic OOP as applies to Fox.
