Hi Rod,

This app (built in VB6) is designed to be easy to install by a user. We spent a great deal of time helping build that interface. It is also fully scalable from desktop to enterprise with NO code changes. It can be done. I know this because we did it.

How did you end up handling the issue? I recently put together a VB6/MSDE installer myself in WISE. I found out pretty quickly that the merge modules were useless, and ended up using the standard MSDE executable installer from MS. That worked pretty well for us.
By the way, I hope you don't mind me bringing a technical discussion into this forum. <g>
