The client is always right works well from a sales perspective, but sometimes clients need to hear the truth even it isn't what they want to hear when it involves topics outside their expertise.

If a client has no real understanding of what it takes to implement IT, then the client can be doing many things wrong and not even know it.

The client is always right, as long as you are careful who you choose as a client!!!
