Then you need to decide if you are going to follow Programmer's Axiom 1.5b (I think that's the number) that says "If you create a system an idiot can use, then only an idiot will want to use it." You really can't have it both ways unless you want to have butt-loads of code that does nothing except test the 'expertise' of the user. Personally, I've always assumed that 1) my users are relatively intelligent (they can walk and breathe at the same time) and 2) they CAN be taught.
