>Actually, that is precisely what concerns you...the fact that I do have credibility.

John, you appear to be a legend in your own mind. *You* think you have credibility. You are entitled to your own delusion. I do not have any opinion on your credibility despite what you may think.

>The fact is, what concerns you most is that in fact, my arguments are sound and you cannot refute what I say.

I think that most developers here are simply fed up of your "arguments" and your desire to simply try to continuously demean their posts. Its not what you say so much as how often you feel the need to go on and on and on about the same things. You did it with VB. When .NET surfaced, you were slagging .NET off in favour of good old COM. You have championed two completely "dead ducks" yet still think you are some kind of prophet and soothsayer about the direction that we should all be going in. The fact is, Fox is still here and you just don't seem to like that. As long as Fox keeps on going, you can't say you were right about its apparent impending demise.

>When it is all said and done...my opinion differs from yours - and that does not sit well with you.

I don't care about your opinion. What you say or do does not affect me one iota.

>Nonetheless, make your case to Michel. If he wants...he can ban me. Whether you want to admit it or not, I am following the rules.

OK. I'll say it again just like I said to Bonnie, I never said you should be banned. That was Houston. I merely took exception at Bonnie's techy reply.

>Yes...I bet you would hate that. It probably scares the heck out of you that somebody might just do that.

I would have no problem with any customer of mine coming to look at the UT as long as they were primed to simply ignore just one member.

>I suppose you feel the same way torward Markus Egger, Rick Strahl, and Kevin McNeish. These are VFP MVP's that requested to be switched to C#.

Feel the same way about what? I rate and respect Markus and Rick. Rick has the kind of attitude and consideration for the Fox market that is to be applauded despite the fact that he, as a tool vendor needs to be involved in other growth markets. I'm not sure that says very much about Fox other than the Fox market is mature and there is not likely to be any more voluminous sales of Fox tools to Fox developers. That doesn't mean that Fox developers aren't going to carry on using the tools they have bought from Markus, Rick and Kevin.

>And by the way, Rod Paddock is a new VB .NET MVP.

Good for Rod. Your point is what?

>And FWIW, it is not that the interest in Fox is not what it once was...it is the fact that Fox is not what it once was.

Your right there. "Fox is not what it once was", it miles better now than it once was.
