>>>Terry - this issue was raised back in February of Last Year [2003] as the bill was introduced in Committee. I'm surprised its coming out of committee now. Ready to start the letter writing campaign ? mondo regards [Bill]

>>Maybe - I still have clients that would rather pay my rate, for a few months wotk, than a team of guys in the back of a truck for a few years work:-)
>Terry - it doesn't matter for you if you are a company - ie - it will not change your rates, or your amount of time that you are doing work for a client. It directly affects people who are paid over 27 dollars an hour in an hourly wage in a W-2 situation. It will not affect any 1099 employees that you may engage in the future. Supposedly it does not affect salaried employees either.

>As to the letter writing campaign ? I was teasing you - but the only letter writing campaign that would be useful is some attempt to repeal the law that was singed into existence last week. I personally don't have the time or the energy to fight that fight ..

And I've already mailed something to each house member!:-). Again, you leave me standing with nothing but the lint in my pockets!
