I'm building report cursors in a form that has a private data session. Its an object. I want to call my report and run the report but there is a problem (for me). Since the calling form has a private data session, the report, which can either use the default session or its own private data session, can't properly see the report cursors. I say properly because all seems well until the next page button is pressed on the report preview. At that point the file find dialog appears.

I've gone halfway to solving the problem but need help with the rest. In the report data session, which does not have any tables because the source of data is cursors, I set the data session in the init event to the application object last data session id (all forms set this). Now I have a report that knows how to set its data session to the calling forms and see the data. But, I still get the Fox table list dialog when I press next page on preview.

So, I can't add the cursor to the report data environment, but the report seems to look in its data environment when the next page is pressed.

Has anyone had any experience with this or is anyone interested enough to help me figure this out. (Jim I'm desperate ; )
