My favorite spots are El Valle (touristy but really great nonetheless), Boquete and Chiriqui (touristy but beautiful), David, and Chitre. Isla Grande is really nice too, but most Americans try to stay away from that side of Panama. I spent the most time in Penonome, Santiago, and Rio Hato.
