Seems like if the employers cost is going up then it is the employees who will gain.
The business community loves to spend on their employees? I was just commenting on an interview with a repug on C-SPAN who was discussing congresses review of Programmers over-time pay. Hey - I had a 3 month contract once that paid time and half for over forty. The regular pay was great - but the time and 1/2 was delicious.
The business community and Chamber of Commerce are attempting to commoditize our trade. They're not looking for reasons to pay us more, they're looking for ways to pay us less.
