is it possible that there is a 2nd config file somewhere in the fox path or windows path?


>The config file in the application project has always been set as excluded, I decided to include it (restoring MEMLIMIT) and recompiled it, deleted the resource file, it finally worked. Then, just for the sake of my curiosity, I went back in and excluded the config file (like it had always been), the screen disappeared, even tho the excluded config file has the MEMLIMIT to its original state. Really strange, this has me stumped. So, now 'm forced to include the config file.
