Does anyone know of a way to create a carbon-copy of an existing Database, including all tables, data, validation rules, stored procedures, etc. I have a live databse and could really use a development copy. Of course it would also be nice to periodically update the data in the development db to match the live system.

I've tried simply copying all the files to different location, but that seems to cause problems.

Any ideas are greatly appriciated!
