In the Filter tab of the View Designer, you need an entry that looks something like this:

Field Name Criteria Example
---------- -------- --------
table.contactid = ?m.contactid

Now, notice that I explicitly put 'm.' infront of the example. This is to differentiate it from the field name and to make sure that Fox uses a memory variable.
