>I have a VFP app which uses DBFs and I would like to provide an ASP.NET front end via Web Services and XML. I understand your framework currently only connects to SQLServer data. Any idea of when it will be able to do what I need?
No the framework works with VFP data. Support for other backends was added since beta 3. The store works with SQL Server and VFP data only though, although the framework supports MySql, Oracle and any OleDb/Odbc data sources.
>In the pre-session in Montreal, will you spend a substantial amount of time in the .NET store / framework? If you hadn't planned on it, please consider it.
No there won't be any .Net stuff at Montreal since it's Web Connection training. I may show it in the bonus session or after the conference if there's interest.
