I have a friend in Maryland who doesn't have much money. What would be the cheapest dialup service I could recommend to him? And what's the catch? Does the service install adware, or anything annoying like that? Is it unreliable? The service would not need to include email service. I suppose he would just continue to use Hotmail or Yahoo.
