Thanks for your response. But it was my fault I forgot to mention the LPARAMETERS line which is already there in the original code and the recurse does work for all except the pageframe, that much I have confirmed by putting labels embedded on containers, etc.

Will do. Thanks. I had tried to replace the logic by SetAllX by Ken but somehow the function as per SetAllX rules still does not execute, but that is a diff. story requiring more research.
