Does anyone have any experience using the Netscreen Secure Application Manager VPN from Neoteris? We have a client that is using this for their VPN, but is having problems with our software. We use the Mabry Ping/X control to periodically ping our server using a TCP ping. The first ping works fine, but as soon as the 2nd ping starts, the software locks-up. While searching for a solution, I found some sample code that uses Winsock to connect to a server using TCP to simulate a ping. However, this has the same problem. The first Connect works, but as soon as I try to Connect a 2nd time, it hangs up.

I'm assuming that the problem lies in the Neoteris client software, because as soon as I uninstall it, everything works fine. (I don't even have to use the VPN for the problem to occur -- just having the Neoteris software installed causes the problem.) I was hoping to find something out before trying to contact Neoteris, since our client is the one with the Neoteris support contract.
