Don't know and even if it's a bug, I don't think it will be fixed. I know that when I wanted something to be marked as edited (just to force a recompile), I select any object, left arrow, right arrow (so it gets back to where it originally was) and Save/SaveAs is selectable. In case of code, add a space and delete it.
