However, I (and many off my accociates here) recieve many, many e-mails a day, and good manners on the web are essential. This is a support forum that streaches worldwide; We have enough problems with a language barrier let alone rude behaviour.

Who is Richard? I feel cheated! (s) Anyway, I think all will survive. But there is no excuse to trash any system. Especially when some simple e-mail(s) would have worked much better. We have had this listserver thing happen before & we just explain 'Put on your glasses & hit the switch' and all is usually resolved just fine.

BTW, about that novel, boy we need to have a short talk some day.... (g)
