When you kill a process... you kill it, not close the app. That means the OS just clears the memory, resources, etc, but the app is not closed normally. This is why there's no log event.

As for your question... I don't know. :) Did you look through all files for a CLEAR EVENTS, QUIT, etc?

Maybe there's some code you used to test something and forgot to clean it, maybe the error handler quits the app for some error codes? Do you log also the errors?
