>We use the WebBrowser ActiveX. I have read MS article #155969 which discusses distribution of the SHDOCVW.DLL. We instruct all users to get the latest versions of IE, and 155969 states that SHDOCVW.DLL has been included with IE since 3.x.

I have written programs that run on other pcs where I didn't even use the installer. I just copied the runtime dlls, vfp8run.exe and my exe and config files into a folder. The browser control works fine in the app.
