I have an XML file that I have to transmit. I have this string on top of the XML file:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8" ?>
However, when I send that file, the support team tells me that the file is sent in ASCII mode and it should be sent in UTF-8 mode. What am I missing?
