I have an instance twaincom.exe

How can i check from vfp wether that instance is sill there under system process under task manager.

because i run the scanning program which uses the twaincom.exe when i scan, it creates an instance of twaincom.exe and when the scanning job is completed fully then it automatically clears the instance twaincom.exe from process, at that moment i need to run another program, after the instance is cleared.

Please can you tell me, how i can do this.
