There is the _resizable class in \ffc\_controls.vcx stuff available. You may or may not like the way it works, I for one don't.

IMHO pageFrame, Grid, Editbox and Listbox are the only controls that should be resizeable. You can pretty easily write a bit of code in subclasses of these to give you the resize behavior you desire.
