Since it's so easy to create such a screen with FrontPage and modify it to work with Activevfp, I never created automated method that will spit out an HTML page that has the input fields for a table structure and the form submission code built-in. However, this is a good idea and would almost be trivial to implement, maybe as part of WebAppBuilder ...
