Paul, I suppose your talking NT server? All I have is workstation and I don't have a "License Manager" applet. Closes thing is User manager, but I didn't find anything in there that would help me. I'll poke around MS web site maybe I turn something up there. But if you find something let me know, and thanks for the help!

>No, it's one of the administration tools (from the Administration Tools category in the Programs menu). I am not in WinNT now, so I can't tell you exactly what's the name of the program (something like Licence Manager, I think).
