Hi.
This follows on from a previous thread where I was experiencing slowness after upgrading to VFP 8.
I have narrowed it down now to a TableUpdate command on a view.
The View might only have 2 records from a file with 50,000 records but in VFP8 it is taking 15 seconds to save whereas in VFP6 it took 1 second.
As far as I can see, I dont think anything else was changed.

The only thing I do notice is that there is a line in the JOIn tab in the view designer...most fields are blank but the line comes back even if I remove it... it looks like this though for all views in vfp8

Is there any problems woth Views on large files in VFP8 that was'nt there in VFP6 ?
