The image is actually displayed, but it is the SAME for all the records: it does not reflect the value of each specific record (a red flag, a yellow flag, or a green flag ... depending on the value of one of the fields of my table).

We would have to have it linket to the controlsource of this column..

But we can use it on ActivateCell method of grid (or any other that is fired by the changing of record):
