It does not make it, Claudio. The image that is displayed for each record in the grid is the first image that VFP found: it will be a red flag for ALL records, or a green flag for ALL records, etc. depending on the value of the current field but, of course, each record should have a different image.

What I am trying to do is simple in fact: I display a grid of "Incidents". Each incident is either closed (green flag), or open (yellow flag), or still open but somehow old (red flag because it is overdue).

The status is indicated in a field of the table. Depending on that status, I need to display either the gren flag, or the yellow flag or the red flag.

What I get is simply the same picture for ALL records.
