A couple of years ago there was an issue with the inkey() function running in Windows 2000 OS where it would periodically generate a C5 error.
I believe the fix was instead of just using INKEY(), was to call it with values for each parameter for example INKEY(.1,"H"). Just lately I am having clients crash on that line of code with a function argument value, type, or count is invalid error.
Anyone have any ideas?
TIA,
Wayne
