If the view is working then the driver is OK. Is the view created to use this connection in the DBC? What is the connection info? Are you usning a string? A DSN?

>Yep, it's microsoft ODBC for Oracle v2.575.1022.00 02/20/2003. I have not issued a SQLSetProp as of yet. When I go to modify the datab, right click to bring up connections. That where I verify it & get the error.

>>>Hi, I have created a remote view to an Oracle database that works fine and I can connect. But I've created a connection and when I verify it, This error pops up "Connectivity error[ODBC driver manager] Drivers sqlsetconnectattr failed" This can't mean my odbc driver is broken can it?

>>What driver are you using? Microsoft ODBC for Oracle or an Oracle ODBC driver? If Oracle, open your ODBC/Data Source Manager and click the Drivers tab. What is the exact driver name and version? Second, what is the code you are using to "verify" the connection? Have you used SQLSetProp to change any of the default settings?
