We are receiving some kind of file which looks like this:

That is suppose to be Unicode. From what I've been told, once this file converted to ASCII, it should be all on the same line. I have tried all duals 256 conversion combinations with STRCONV() and I can't obtain that. Can someone explain me how to do it?
