The equivalent to that in ActiveVFP is the PostSetup.pjx. When you installed ActiveVFP on your computer, this is what ran. You can modify that if you need to, but, it pretty much does everything you need. My advice is to use PostSetup as is and modify the included installshield project to use your vfp dll. Installshield will automatically register the dll wherever you install it. Here's a link that describes the process:
