The report objects positions doesn't require any adjustments. However, if you want to find to which band an object belongs, you'll have first to calcualte postions of each band because it isn't stored in FRX. In doing that you've to add 1979.16666666 to the height of each band to account for band separator you see in the Report Designer.

I read in a thread that for some reason I might need to use a fudge factor to find the correct position of objects if I have many group by bands. Can someone explain this to me? I have a report that has 15 group by bands and still the top of the objects seem right. Can someone give me an example of where I would need this fudge factor?
