Hi Sergey,
Perhaps it's good practice to also include a reference to a message like this one in all (your) tips that require WSH. This will prevent that a developer implements a solution that, later on, gives errors with some clients.
IS WSH INCLUDED IN ALL WINDOWS VERSIONS? NO...
Windows 98 - WSH is installed if you choose a standard installation of the operating system, or if you install Internet Explorer 5, or if you download WSH from Microsoft.
Windows 95 - WSH is installed if you install Internet Explorer 5, or if you download WSH from Microsoft.
Windows NT 4.0 - WSH is installed if you install Internet Explorer 5, or if you download WSH from Microsoft.
Windows 2000/Me/XP/2003 - WSH is installed by default.
IS WSH ALWAYS PRESENT IF IT WAS ONCE INSTALLED? NO...
WSH may have been removed later on. Many consider it a security risk. See for example
http://www.sophos.com/support/faqs/wsh.html.
