Seriously I think the books that Steve Sawyer and I wrote for the Pros Talk series would help you make the jump more easily, they were written much more from a perspective of transitioning from FP2.x to VFP3. But they have been out of print for several years now.
It's a big change and VFP can run most of that old code directly as is, but you'll be much happier with a form started from scratch in VFP. The things you used to have to do over and over in 2.x can be done once in a class and then reused everywhere.
