Frameworks are interesting but you have to learn to use them. This is a pain in the a**.
If I understant correctly this is a one shot deal. So perhaps for the same price you'd pay for a framework you could hire a consultant from India. I don't know what are the wages there these days. This could be the magic you're looking for <vbg>
