The point is this: a VFP 8.0 solution is just as contemporary and sustainable as any other solution in your "contemporary and sustainable" list, yet its not perceived this way in the market place, which is a "bummer."

You decided to throw-in on this observation restating the original observation, that VFP is not immensely popular even though it is not a technical inferior or out-dated solution by any means (if it was you probably would have explained why it was, especially since I asked you very direct questions).

You appear to be restating the original observation without adding anything significant to the discussion and then giving the impression that you disagree with whats been said.

So, to be clear, are you in fact in disagreement with MikeY because you view it as a "good thing" that VFP is not popular? I'm guessing you don't see it this way, and that you simply view it as "the way things are", which means you and I are on the same page.

If thats correct, what point exactly are you trying to make in this thread? And, lacking any relevant points, have you considered how easily your posts can be interpreted as noisy trolling?
